We picked up our shipment here in Auckland 2 weeks ago, and I need to tell you how pleased I am with your service! The packaging was amazing. I have shipped parts myself all around the world over the past 25 years, and your packing job far surpassed anything I have done. Everything arrived with no breakage or scratching. I was especially impressed with your packing the rocking chair (protecting all the pressure points) and the paintings—you even put blue plastic protector over the glass of the mirror. I am very happy with your service and your packing and would definitely use you again if I ever needed anything shipped—and I will recommend you to my friends.
I was also pleased with how you wrapped all the boxes together onto the pallet—way better than any other company we have used before (clear wrap, metal traps, and thicker black plastic wrap)!

"I received the shipment on Wednesday at 12:30 pm by a local carrier. They did a great job in getting it here. But better than what they did is the excellent job you and your company did to pack my possessions. I can see the extra care you took to pack my delicate things so they would come through the move with as little trauma as possible. But even with the great care you did to make sure it would arrive with little damage, there were still some boxes that were crushed. Thankfully the damage was mainly to the outside of the box, the contents were ok. I now see why the extra time and the extra cost what you did with the packaging was worth every dollar you charged..."
